Carnival Chow Down
If you are like us, you love carnival food but hate the long lines and high prices. This instructable will teach you how to have all the deep fried goodies you could ever want and some fresh lemonade to chase it all down. All you will need is two cups, one glass and one plastic, that fit together, metal slotted spoon and/or metal tongs and a fryer with temp gauge. We used an outdoor turkey fryer and candy thermometer. The shopping list includes lemons, potato, cauliflower, broccoli, onion, hot dogs, oreos, eggs, milk, vegetable oil, sugar, flour, baking powder, salt, pepper, beer, vanilla extract and powder sugar.
Fresh Squeezed Lemonade
One 16 oz cup of ice
2 tbs sugar

Wash lemon. Fill your glass with ice. Cut lemon in half and squeeze juice of both sides, add sugar and water. Put on the other cup and shake until well mixed. Garnish with half of the squeezed lemon.

Scrub potato and cut into even pieces in whatever shape and size you prefer and soak in cold water. Slice the onion to make your rings. Cut the broccoli and cauliflower into florets.
