Carboard Soilder With Old Helmet
I made a cardboard solder to represent the helmet on those before fought in battle with. I also wanted to use this cardboard face and arm design as a helmet holder. Use whatever helmet you want and make sure it fits for what you are using. (Helmet was not made)
Supplies
You need lots of cardboard, scissors, clear tape, and an old helmet. But most importantly, time.
Cut Carboard Piece for Head
Cut a long narrow piece and shape one end to resemble the face.
Create the Back of Head
cut a piece with the width the same has the previous and cut on one end the resemblance of the back of a head.
Tape Two Pieces Together
Tape the two pieces together on the ends that are only cut flat.
Cut the Sides of the Face
Cut two pieces of cardboard that are identical and shape it to the side of the face.
Draw a Face
draw whatever you want for the face, you can even add hair and on the sides of the face draw ears.
Tape All of the Sides to Make a Head
Tape everything, the face the sides of the face, and if you want it to look nice. Tape the whole thing to make it look nice and laminated.
Put Helmet on the Head
As soon as you are done with the head put on whatever helmet you have and make sure you make the right measurements to fit the head in the helmet.
Build the Hand for the Arm
Cut out a decently good shape of what you think a hand looks like and snip the middle to make the fingers and thumb.
Build the Arm
cut a rectangle and that is it.
Tape the Hand and the Arm
put the arm overlapping the hand and tape it together.
Create Stand and Decorate
create a cardboard stand and tape it to the arm. Then, create whatever design you want and apply it to the arm. For the purposes of building a cardboard solder, I made a camoufaged arm
Celebreate!
You are finished, celebrate! This was the tutorial for the cardboard solder, farewell.
( This tutorial may not be perfect, after all, I am 13 years old.)
