Mix the ingredients in the bowl until they have all combined and it looks like this:

Facts:

coffee For brownies, use strong brewed coffee instead of water to deepen the flavor.

vanilla extract Add in a teaspoon of vanilla

Pudding. Add a small instant pudding box to the mix to add moisture and flavor.

Sour Cream. Add in 1/2 cup sour cream to add a more dense, rich flavor.

Butter. Use melted butter in the place of vegetable oil for richer taste.

Eggs

crack in 2 eggs into the dry mixture. also add in your oil as well

eggs are very inportant to add to a cake as it can help the cake create structure, leavening, richness, color, and flavor to it which is good to have in a cake. It also gives the cake strength as well as flour. But sugar helps the cake in taste as it gives tenderness.

Mix

Mix your batter until it is dark, gooey and smells chocolately.

use either an electric whisk or beater

or you can also mix with a manual whisk

Tip:

When mixing with a manual whisk stir around the bowl face forward of the mixture and then cut through the middle of the mixture. this will mix it faster.

on electric mix for about 2 - 3 minutes or until combined.

Prepare Baking Pan

Tip

Ok so here's a tip you can use which is faster than baking paper

cover the bottom of your pan in foil, when you have covered the base and leave a little bit more for the sides press firmly onto the pan giving your foil the shape of the pan. cut carefully. Turn pan around and pop foil onto pan.

Bake

Finally add into the oven

and cook for 40 - 45 minutes. if you are unsure if its baked or not insert a toothpic into the middle. if its clean your good. if not cook for longer. you should be able to press your finger lightly onto the brownies if they spring back its cooked.

Enjoy!
