Absolutely delicious Italian twist on vanilla cake box mix

I used Santa Cake mix, which required milk, an egg and melted butter.

Mix your cake mix till the right consistency

Cook your cake and let cool

Step 2: Make Your Tiramisu Cream Mixture

Whilst the cake is cooking, make the tiramisu cream by combining your mascarpone, double cream and icing packet. Mix till at a whipped cream consistency. (Mine didn't quite get there as I had to use dairy free substitutes).

Step 3: Make Expresso Fingers

Cut your cake into slices like lady fingers and dip into ready made expresso- I used instant coffe grounds- till soaked through (only need to hold in for about 3 seconds)

Step 4: Assemble!

Put a base layer of half the soaked cake slices, then pour on half the whipped cream. Sprinkle with cocoa and grated chocolate if you're feeling fancy! Add the remaining cake slices on top of that and the last of the cream. Sprinkle again with cocoa and chocolate. Refigerate for 3-24 hours

Step 5: Enjoy!!!
