While we are out for camp and we wish to eat something more hot spicy, crispy , and full of protein meal. Then you must go with this recipe; so we gonna prepare chicken TANDOORI .

- TAKE CHICKEN LEG , WASH IT WITH HELP OF WATER
- TAKE INGREDIENTS
- Salt

- MAKE CUTS ON CHICKEN FOR STUFFING AND PROPER MARINATION
MARINATING CHICKEN FOR 15 MIN
- TAKE LEG PIECE ON WHICH WE HAD MADE CUTS
- ADD GINGER GARLIC PASTE ONE SPOON
- CUMIN POWDER, CORIANDER POWDER,RED CHILLI POWDER,CURD, TURMERIC POWDER EACH HALF SPOON
- CORN FLOUR ONE AND HALF SPOON
- APPLY ALL MIXTURE ON CHICKEN LEG MAKE SURE YOU COVER ALL LEG WITH PASTE.
WHILE MARINATING WE START TO BUILT CAMP FIRE
GRILLING CHICKEN ON CAMP FIRE
- CHICKEN IS MARINATED WE CAN IDENTIFY IT BY ITS TEXTURE IT BECOMES MOIST.
- NOW, ITS TIME TO GRILL.
- TAKE THE MARINATED CHICKEN LEG PIECE AND GRILL IT ON GRILL.
- FLAMES OF FIRE MUST BE HIGH SO THAT IT WILL HELP TO GRILL THE CHICKEN PROPERLY.
- GRILL EACH SIDE OF CHICKEN FOR AT LEAST FOR 5-6 MINUTES.
- WHEN IT IS COMPLETELY GRILLED ITS COLOR WILL CHANGE TO BROWNISH-RED COLOR.
- ALSO YOU WILL BE ABLE TO SEE THE GRILLED MARKS ON CHICKEN.
- DUE TO HIGH FLAME AND BURNING WOODS IT WILL HELP US TO GIVE THE SMOKED FLAVOR.
- MAKE SURE IT IS GRILLED PERFECTLY FROM EACH SIDE.

- ADD SOME CORIANDER , GOOD CHOPPED ONION AND PIECE OF LEMON .
