Building my PC

Make sure you have all the needed parts for your computer, some sort of anti-static tool, thermal paste, and a screwdriver.

Start by lifting the metal latch that keeps the CPU shield down. Once this is done, lift up the metal shield that is over the CPU socket. Align the triangle in the corner of the CPU with the triangle on the motherboard. Once this is aligned, gently place the CPU into the socket and let it slide in. Then, pull the metal shield back down and lock it in place with the metal latch.

Apply a "pea-sized" amount of thermal paste directly on to the CPU in the center. Align the screws and sides of the CPU fan with the holes in the motherboard around the CPU socket. Once aligned, place down the fan onto the CPU, screw in the screws or twist the ends, whatever is needed. Plug the CPU fan cord into the motherboard in the appropriate spot.

Undo the clip(s) on either side of the RAM slot. Align the RAM slot notch with the one on the motherboard. Once aligned, place the RAM in the slot. Push firmly and evenly on both sides of the stick of RAM into it clicks and locks. Repeat with every stick of RAM needed.

Unscrew the little side panel and the back panel of the case. Slide the power supply unit in with the on/off button and the cable socket pointing outwards. Once in place, screw the power supply into the side of the case.

Screw in the standoffs in the holes where the motherboard will be placed on. Once done, align the holes in the motherboard with the standoffs in the case. Once aligned, place the board on top then screw the motherboard down. Make sure it is also aligned and in the IO shield as well.

Use the cables from the PSU and fans, and plug them into the motherboard. This should include: 1. 24 pin connector for the motherboard. 2: 4/8 pin connector for the CPU. 3: 4/8 pin for GPU (if needed). 4: Cables at the top for the case. 5: Cables for the fans.

Plug in the power supply unit in the case to the wall. Plug in the monitor to the computer with whatever cable is needed. Plug in the power cord from the monitor to the wall. Turn on the monitor and PC, and if works continue. If not try and figure it out.🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

If everything works, screw the front panel back up and you are done.
