Breakfast of Kings.

A favorite of mine to make, I measured everything for this instructable...

You'll see these suggestions at the end too but:

Let me make a few suggestions here.
1: roll it in a tortilla for a burrito on the go!

2: Add some flax seed for more nutrition!

3: Bacon. My wife won't eat it, but I bet it would be awesome in this!

4: with pancakes. Makes everything better.

You Will Need Some Stuff.

1:Black pepper

2: 6 eggs (these are fresh today. One has two yolks... Neat right?)

3: A diced Bell pepper and a bit of diced cheddar

4: cooked and diced potatoes. Canned works well too.

5: 1tsp of Dill

6: 1 tsp Weber's Roasted Garlic and Herb (If you don't have any: Garlic, salt, crushed rosemary, and some red pepper to equal 1 tsp combined)

7: 2 tsp oil of your choice. I used butter this time.

8: a large skillet

Got all that? Let's cook.

Startup.

Put the skillet on a medium heat and let it get hot. To do this, I put a little water in the bottom and heat it until the water is all gone. Then add the butter and lower the heat a little (Halfway between low and medium)

While the pan heats up, put your Dill and Spice mix (Weber's) in the diced potatoes in a bowl and mix them well.

Into the Frying Pan....

Add your potatoes and spices into the melted butter.

Then crack your six eggs onto the potatoes and stir well.

Black Pepper as you like (1/4 tsp does it for us.) stir again.

as the eggs begin to cook, add your green peppers and cook a little while.

Just as the peppers begin to soften, the eggs should be just about done; Now you can add your cheese.

Turn the stove off and continue stirring your food to melt the cheese and complete the cooking.

Enjoy!

I hope it turned out as delicious as it does for us!

Disclaimer: I have only used the Weber's seasoning since I've discovered it, but Mrs. Dash used to be my standby.

The spices I suggested instead may not be to your liking, and I apologize for that, but they're the mix I use for camping food.
