Gather all of your supplies

Measure

Measure your 3 inch, and 3/4 ribbon to desired length. I made this bow with ribbon that was 20inches long.

Cut

Cut both pieces of ribbon.

Find the Middle

Fold the 3 inch ribbon in half making a good crease to mark the middle of the ribbon.

Cut the Ends

Fold the ends of the large ribbon in half and cut at a angle making a V shape. Then take your lighter and lightly burn the inside of the V so that the ribbon doesn't ravel.

Fold Your Ribbon

Take one side of the ribbon and cross it over the other side making an X shape with lope at the top. Make sure that the ends are the same size at the bottom.

Take the center of the loop and pull it to the middle of the X.

Scrunch the Bow

Start at the bottom of the X holding all the pieces tight and scrunch it together accordion style making the shape of your bow.

Keeping the Shape

Take your wire or string and wrap it securely around the middle of your bow to make sure it stays together.

Preparing Your Clip

Take the 3/4 inch ribbon sliding one piece in the center and wrapping it to the back and hot glue it to the clip.

Adding the Middle of the Bow

Take your piece of bling and wrap it around the center of the bow covering your string/wire and hot glue it onto the bow in the back. If you choose to add just ribbon in the center tie a small knot in the center of an appx 3 inch long piece of ribbon. Place the knot in the center of your ribbon and hot glue it together on the back of the bow.

Adding the Clip/ponytail Holder

Find the center of the back of your bow. Now hot glue your clip to the back of your clip to the bow. Make sure it is secured very well. If you decide to use a ponytail holder you will add it before your center piece and hot glue it down all together.
