Bluetooth Neckband From Faulty Wire Earphone
In this tutorial, I use a Bluetooth receiver to turn a broken earphone into a wireless Bluetooth neckband. In my situation, a 3.5 mm male audio jack wiring issue prevents both earpieces from producing sound. I can get it to function by shaking the audio jack wire.
You can make your earphones wireless if you experience the same issue with them.
Supplies
You need Following Materials :
1) Faulty Earphone
2) Two Tic-Tac candy empty packet
3) Bluetooth Receiver
4) 3.7 volt Lithium ion battery
5) Iron wire
6) Quick Fix glue
7) wire cover
Cut
Take a non-working earphone and carefully cut the left and right earpieces with a cutting knife. You needed 1 foot of wire from the earpiece, so you cut it from a distance of 1 foot. Both of my ears are functioning well in my instance. I individually tested each battery connected directly to this earpiece. Your earphone speaker will be in functioning order if it makes the sound (trrr.... trr..) .
Tic-tac
Create a hole in one empty tic tac candy packet with a cutting knife or soldering iron. The wire holder should then be threaded through this and bonded with quick adhesive. Make two of this kind of packet.
Take one iron wire that is circular, and thread both ends through the Tic-Tac Packet.
Neck Band Wire
Once the remaining earphone cable is cut to 1.5 feet in length and both end covers are removed, it's time to get creative. The next step is to pass both ends of the cable through the tic-tac cap, just like in the picture. To take things a step further, you can even decorate the cap with stickers or paint to give it a personalized touch.
Bluetooth
Carefully examine the wiring according to Image 1. This will ensure that you have a clear understanding of how the wires are connected and where they need to be soldered. Once you have a good grasp of the wiring, it's time to move on to the next step which involves soldering the wires to the Bluetooth receiver for both earpieces as shown in the picture.
This process requires precision and patience, as any mistakes could lead to malfunctioning or non-functional earpieces. It's important to make sure that each wire is securely attached and that there are no loose connections. After soldering, it's recommended to test each earpiece separately before pairing them with your device.
Left Earbud
Then put the Bluetooth receiver to the tic-tac packet, and secure the cap as shown in the picture.
Battery
Once you have moved to the right tic-tac packet, take note of the diagram provided and connect the batteries and earbuds accordingly. Ensure that you match the positive and negative ends of the batteries with their respective connectors.
Once you have successfully connected everything, it's time to put a battery inside the tic-tac. After that, tighten the cap securely to avoid any potential leaks or damage to your device. It's important to note that you should always handle batteries with care and dispose of them properly when they are no longer in use. With your tic-tac now assembled and ready to go.

This neckband may be connected to through Bluetooth and charged using a micro USB port. Enjoy some music.
