From this tutorial, you can make an awesome thing to wash your car or bike at home. This bike washer sprayer cleans your bike perfectly using the water pump. From using this machine you can wash the bike at home and car at home.

This Awesome bike washing pump is very useful for outdoor for portable use also.

1) Diaphragm Water Pump 12 Volt

2) 12 Volt Battery

3) On / Off Switch

4) Wood Plate

5) 1 cm Dia pipe

6) High-pressure washer gun

First, of you all need whole material to make this bike washer.

From this material take 12-volt diaphragm water pump and place this on a 25 X 10 cm wooden sheet.

Then you need mark sign to drill the hole using a drill machine.

After mark four points of the hole, displace Diaphgram water pump.

Take one 120 watt drill machine with 5 mm drill beats and drill all four hole exactly on the sign of a pen.

Then Take four 1.5 inch nut-bolts and passe through that holes.

On the other side of wood passe Diaphgram water pump and place carefully.

After placing of water pump tighten all four nuts.

Take one 5 ml Feviquik and Stick-On / Off Switch on this pump.

Then you need to provide wiring to that switch using extra red wire.

Then Take 12-volt bike battery and stick using a glue gun on wood.

Then solder negative and positive wire of water pump.

After this Switch On water pump to try this.

Make sure one thing right side is the inlet and left side is the outlet of this diaphragm water pump.

Joint Inlet pipe around 1-2 meter and outlet pipe around 4-5 meter for washing bike.

Take one High-pressure gun and joint with one of the outlet pipes ends.
