Cut your pickles lengthways or across depending on the type of frickle you want (you may want to do both for a bit of variety). You can also buy pre-cut crinkle pickles as shown in the last pic above.

Seasoning

Make a spicy seasoning for your frickles by adding paprika to salt and pepper then sprinkle it on the (pre-dried) pickles. Make sure to cover both sides.

*Full method shown in the video recipe above

Turn on your deep fat fryer
Mix together 200g plain flour, 1/2 tsp of Baking powder and a large pinch of salt.

Pour in 100ml of beer and mix until you have a smooth thick mix
Coat in the beer batter and, one at a time, place in the hot oil.
Your Frickles will need no more than 1 minute each side (turn the frickle with a kitchen spatula or tongs). When golden brown and crunchy, remove from the fat and place on a plate with kitchen paper to dry up excess oil.
Turn off deep fat fryer / oil

Serving and Accompaniments

Place Your Frickles in a bowl and serve with a condiment or dip (American mustard shown). Why not enjoy (if at the legal age to drink alcohol) your favourite beer with the Frickles and sit down and put your feet up.
