Banna Bread Muffins
I will be showing how to make some wonderfully delicious banana bread muffins I learned in my foods class.
Ingredients
The ingredients you will need for the recipe are: 3-4 Bananas mashed, 1 c. sugar, 2 eggs, ½ c. vegetable oil, 2 c. flour, 1 tsp. baking soda, and a ½ tsp. salt
Prep Phase
Gather all of the ingredients listed and preheat your oven to 350°F. This recipe will require 3 bowls, an object to use to mix substances (electric mixer is fine too), and 2 muffin pans holding 6 each (the recipe creates about 12 muffins so substitute the pans however you can).
Let's Start
First start putting the bananas in a bowl and mashing them until they look like the picture. You should grab a second, smaller, bowl to crack the eggs into. Then, measure out the amount of oil you will need using a liquid measuring cup. Finally, you will need to use the third bowl to place all of your dry ingredients within.
Let's Mix
As the title suggest its time to mix! First you place the eggs within the mashed bananas. Then it is followed by the oil and finally the dry ingredients. Then you mix until there is no white left, but be careful not to mix to much. After the mixing of the ingredients, you fill the muffin pan, to which you will need the little paper things for cupcakes and muffin. Which each slot should only be filled halfway. Then place within the oven to finish baking. Which they should take 25 to 30 minutes to fully bake.
Wraping Up
After the muffins are done baking, take them out and enjoy your wonderful banana bread muffins.
