Awesome DIY Blackberry Cobbler

Follow these simple steps to make this awesome blackberry cobbler for yourself! Super easy, and super tasty!

Finding Your Berries!

Sure, You can pick them in the frozen section of the supermarket, But seriously? Where is the fun in that!

Go visit a u-pick berry farm, Or find an awesome blackberry patch, And pick your own! Fresh is so much better :)

Preheating the Oven

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.

Gather Your Ingredients

4 Cups Blackberries

1 Tbsp Lemon Juice

1 Large Egg

1 Cup Sugar

1 Cup Flour

6 Tbsp Melted Butter


Berries

Lightly grease an 8x8 baking dish

Add 4 Cups of berries

Sprinkle the lemon juice over them

the Crumble

In a medium mixing bowl, Add the sugar, Flour, And egg.

With a fork, gently mix them together until the mixture looks like a coarse meal in texture.

Putting It Together

Take the flour mixture, And sprinkle it over the berries.

Shake it around GENTLY until its even and level.

Pour the melted butter over the Cobbler.

Baking

DIY Blackberry Cobbler

Bake it on the middle rack of your oven for 35 minutes.

Once it's done (and golden brown on the edges) remove and let cool for at least 10 minutes.
