Ingredients
- Purple Cabbage
- Rice
- Rice Vinegar
- Tea
- Chicken Drum Sticks
- Soy Sauce
- Teriyaki Sauce
- Honey
- Shredded Carrots
- Sesame Seeds
Soy Chicken
The ingredients you need for this step are:
- Chicken Drumsticks
- 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
- 1/8 cup Teriyaki Sauce
- 1/4 cup Water
- 1 tbsp Honey
- Preheat the oven to 450
- Prepare the Marinade by mixing the Soy Sauce, Teriyaki Sauce, Water and Honey into a bowl
- Place the Chicken Drumsticks into the marinade
- Cover the marinade and the chicken in plastic wrap and place in a refrigerator for 30 minutes
- After 30 minutes place on an oiled baking sheet and drizzle with honey and sprinkle with sesame seeds
- Cook the chicken for about an hour or until done (juices run clear no pink or red meat)
- Once the chicken is done cover it in teriyaki and soy sauce
Brussel Sprouts and Slaw
Brussels Sprouts
- Cut the sprouts in half
- Place in an oiled pan and cook until they are brown on both sides
Slaw
Ingredients you need are:
- Purple Cabbage
- Shredded Carrots
- Rice Vinegar
- Sesame Seeds
- Chop the cabbage into thin strips
- Add carrots and cabbage into a bowl
- Drizzle with 3 tbsp of rice vinegar
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds
Rice
The ingredients you need are
- Rice
- Tea Bag
- Water
- Fill a pot with water and let it boil
- Add rice and later add teabag to water
- Let it boil for 10-20 minutes
- Then drain the tea from the rice
Eat
Plate the flavorful dish and enjoy!
