This is a fun and easy build for your Ashwick Plantation character.

Gather Your Gear!

You will need a wood plank, I used pine. or if you can by a real gun stock, use that. Also get PVC pipe that will fit a Nerf dart into. these are blow dart guns so make sure its a snug fit. also you will need 2 PVC elbow connectors and metal pipe clamp that will fit you pipe and the wood stock.

  1. Wood plank, or gun stock
  2. 1/2 inch PVC pipe
  3. 1/2 inch PVC Elbows X2
  4. Metal pipe clamps X2

Make Your Stock

Cut the stock out of the wood board. if you have a rifle you can base the stock layout on that will be a big help. i added some images of period gun stocks. look up Dog-lock muskets for some extra ideas on layouts.

Pro-tip: cut a notch where your PVC elbow will lie on the stock.

extra Pro-Tip: sand the stock down, no one likes splinters!

Cut Your PVC Pipe

Chop your pipe into a few parts. we have 3 foot lengths for our gun barrels. I wouldn't go any shorter then that. also you need to cut 2, 1.5 inch pipe sections for the mouth piece.

Asemble Your PVC!

Put your PVC parts together! you can glue them together if you want, i didn't just because i wanted the guns to be used by both left and right handed people.

Attatch Your Parts!

Put your clamps on your stock and slide your barrel under them so both parts are seated on top of each other. then tighten the clamps and presto you have a musket.

Pro-tip: paint the parts separate, then attach the parts for best results!
