Antioxidant and Refreshing Tisane

A tisane is a drink that gets its flavor from the infusion of certain ingredients. I'm going to share with you a delicious drink that not only looks beautiful but has the benefits of using natural ingredients.

Ingredients

Mineral water

2 strawberries

1 lime

5 mint leaves

Slice and Chop

Slice your lime and strawberries in thin slices. Take the seeds off your lime slices because it's very unpleasant to find a seed in a tisane.

Chop your mint leaves in very fine pieces. This will ensure a very rich flavor and the size will not bother you at all.

Put a couple of ice cubes at the bottom of your glass.

Place around 4 slices of lime, 6 slices of strawberry and two pinches of mint.

Fill up your glass with the mineral water.

Let Sit and Enjoy!

Let it sit for 15 minutes to make the flavors more intense and blended in the mineral water.

Enjoy with your favorite snack or meal! The strawberry has antioxidant properties and the lime and mint will make every sip extra refreshing!
