here is an instructable on how to make some Halloween (or any other time) treats.
i love the scene in alien where all the Facehugger eggs are all in a row, so i decided to make some chocolate eggs in their image.
here is how i did it.

Melting the Chocolate.
Break one bar of your chosen chocolate up in to the small squares and place it in the sandwich bag.
microwave for 30 seconds and then kneed the chocolate in the bag and repeat until all the lumps are melted.
take your chosen sweets and slice them up into small parts.

Filling the Tray.
Take the plastic bag you have the chocolate in and snip one of the corners of and use the bag like a piping bag.
fill the silicone ice cube tray sections half way up and then put in the sweets you have cut up.
(make sure not to push it all the way through so they aren't visible when you take the chocolate out.
then top up the the sections with more chocolate, up to the top of each egg.
shake and tap the tray lightly so the chocolate settles into all the cracks. also this will help level the top of the eggs.
place the whole thing in the freezer for 10 to 20 mins.
The small eggs will set fast but the large egg will take a while longer to set as its thicker chocolate.
when the chocolate has set do it all again so you have two halves of the eggs.

Completing the Eggs.
Once you have both parts of all the eggs (8 little ones and two large ones) its time to join them together.
i used a small frying pan on the lowest heat.
i placed one of the half's on the frying pan (careful not to burn yourself) and let it melt slightly.
then remove the half from the pan and place it on the other half.
place the tow parts in the fridge and let them set while you do the other eggs.
once all the eggs have been paired and set use the pan on the low heat to make sure they stand up.
place the eggs upright on the pan for a few seconds to get a flat bottom and place them on non-stick paper.
then once they have set use your icing tubes to give the eggs a gooey top where the egg would open up and pop out the face hugger.

Place the eggs in a nice scary environment when serving at your halloween party.
i placed all mine near my smoke machine to give it the scary movie feel.
I made two sets, one set of milk chocolate and one set of dark chocolate, so i had ten eggs in total.
Enjoy the Alien Facehugging fun.
