Hii friend,

Today I am going to make an audio amplifier using transistor 8550.This is the easiest way to make audio amplifier.

Let's get started,

Take All Components As Shown Below

(1.) Transistor - 8550 x1

(2.) Battery - 9V x1

(3.) aux cable x1

(4.) Capacitor - 25V 100uf x1

(5.) Battery clipper x1

(6.) Speaker x1 x1

(7.) Resistor - 1K x1

Circuit Diagram

This picture shows the pinout of transistor 8550 and the circuit diagram of it's audio amplifier.

Connect Resistor

Firstly we have to connect 1K resistor to the transistor.

Connect 1K resistor to emmiter and base of the transistor as shown in picture.

Connect Capacitor

Next we have to connect capacitor.

Solder +ve pin of capacitor to base of transistor as you can see in the picture.

Connect Aux Cable

Next connect aux cable wire.

Solder Left/Right (+ve) wire of aux cable to -ve of capacitor and

solder -ve wire of aux cable to collector pin of transistor as shown in the picture.

Connect Speaker Wire

Solder -ve wire of speaker to collector pin of transistor.

Connect Battery Clipper

Now we have to connect battery clipper wire to the circuit.

Solder +ve wire of battery clipper to +ve of speaker and

solder -ve wire of battery clipper to emmiter of transistor as you can see in the picture.

HOW TO USE IT

Connect Battery to battery clipper and plug in aux cable to mobile phone and play songs.

It's volume can adjust by mobile phone.

Thank you
