5 Minute Vanilla/Sugar Cookie Cake

First off thanks to scoochmaroo for letting me use her basic idea from 5 minute chocolate cake! So I went on experimenting with her recipe and I made a cake that tastes just like a sugar cookie! I hope you enjoy and check out her Instructable if you like chocolate!

Here's the list of stuff you'll need:

• microwave (most important thing!)
• coffee mug
• 4 tablespoons + 1/2 teaspoon flour
• 4 tablespoons sugar
• 2 tablespoons whisked egg - 1 egg is too much, 1 egg white is too eggy, 1 yolk is too dense, but 2 tblsp is just right!
• 3 tablespoons milk
• 3 tablespoons oil
• 1/2 tablespoon vanilla
• 1 teaspoon baking powder

Put all ingredients into the mug in the order listed and mix until you get a batter. (Forgot to take pictures. DOH!)

Put it into the microwave for 3 minutes (1000 watt) or cook until you see it start to deflate.
