3D Printed Battery Pack

I like taking apart electronics and sometimes there is a battery pack in them. So I take off the metal parts and design a new battery pack. On this Instructable I will show you how to take the metal parts out of the old battery pack and put them in the new one. I also have files for a 3v and a 6v battery pack.

Supplies

Battery pack. (It can be from anything that has a battery pack on it.)

flat head screwdriver.

3D printed battery pack.

AA batteries.

Below are the files for a 6v battery pack and a 3v one. If you need another size of battery pack leave a comment and I will put another file down below.

Taking the Metal Parts Out of the Old Battery Pack.

Use the screwdriver to pry the metal pieces out of the battery pack and put them in the new one.

Put the metal pieces n the slots of the 3D printed battery pack and you are done!
