3 Ingredient SILVER Cleaner

FullSizeRender-1.jpg

I had tried a silver cleaner some moths ago, it used lemon and you had to let it sit for 30 minutes.. well the worst part was that after that long process my silver jewelry ended up almost as stained as the beginning. I was NOT happy. I then tried this process and it was easy and super fast! I had never imagined I could use salt to make my silver earrings look shiny again!

Just 3 Ingredients!

The best part about this cleaner is that you'll use things you already have in your kitchen:

1 teaspoon of salt

1 teaspoon of baking soda

1/3 cup of warm water (not hot)

Additional things:

Alluminum foil

Little bowl

Spoon

Napkin

And of course the silver object you're going to clean.

Cover the Bowl

Cut a square of the aluminum foil to put inside the bowl.

Put the object inside and rub it with your fingers against the aluminum foil. If it's a large piece you can use the sides of the aluminum foil to rub all the edges of the object.

Rinse

Rinse it with water (any temperature) and dry it with a napkin.

The whole process just took about 7 minutes and you can see the amazing difference! In this instuctable I show you how to make a nice earring organizer from a frame.

Try it with necklaces, rings and even silverware.
