Supplies
Ingredients:
- 14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk (396g)
- 2 1/4 cups of chocolate (400g)
- approx 1/2 cup of Nutella (150g)
Equipment:
- Microwave safe bowl
- Spatula
- Spoon
- 7x11 or 8x8 inch pan
- Parchment paper or wax paper
- Pot if not using the microwave
Heat Sweetened Condensed Milk
Pour the sweetened condense milk into a medium to large microwave-safe bowl. Heat on high in the microwave for 2 to 2 1/2 minutes until it gets really hot and bubbles.
OR
Pour it into a medium pot and place it on a burner. Use medium heat and heat for 5 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until it bubbles.
Add the Chocolate
Next, remove the bowl of hot sweetened condensed milk from the microwave and add all of the chocolate chips, or chocolate pieces, if you broke up a chocolate bar. Let it sit for about 5 minutes.
Nutella!
Add the Nutella and then stir stir stir until it all comes together and it resembles a thick brownie or frosting consistency. You need to stir it for about a minute or two.
Chill and Serve
Add the fudge to a 7x11 or 8x8 inch pan that has been lined with parchment paper or wax paper. You can also just spray the pan with cooking spray, but the paper works so much better to get it out later.
Spread out the fudge evenly with a spatula. Then chill it in the fridge for about 1 to 2 hours until it gets firm.
Remove it from the fridge and then out of the pan it goes and onto a cutting board. Now just cut it into whatever size squares that you want.
Enjoy!
