2 Ingredient Mug Cake

Mug cake is an simple and an mini version of cake which serves for one.

Now we are going to make the mug cake without any flour, egg, coco powder, and baking powder. And most importantly without the oven.

In case you were gone out with the basic ingredients of the cake but you have the cravings for a cake you can make use of this recipe and enjoy the delicious, spongy cake.

It's a basic and simple recipe even the children can make their own cake.

Lets get into the recipe.

SUPPLIES

Biscuits - 150 grams

You can take any flavors and whatever biscuits you like.

Milk - 1 cup

Sugar (optional)

Milk chocolate (optional)

Grinding

Add the biscuits in blender and blend it to a powder. If you need more sweetness add sugar according to your preference.

Making the Cake Base

Image 1 : Transfer the ground powder to a mug.

Image 2 : Add milk to the mug.

Image 3 : Mix it to a smooth cake batter consistency without ant lumps.

Image 4 : If you need you can add some chocolate chunks to it. This step is optional.

Baking

Image 1 : Take a pan and cover the bottom with some rock salt for even spreading of heat. Close the pan using a lid and preheat it for 10 minutes in a high flame.

You can also Bake it without the salt by just placing an empty pan and heating it.

Image 2 : Place a stand inside the pan and keep the mug on the stand. Close the lid and cook it for 20 minutes in a medium flame.

Don't use glass mug, use ceramic or steel mugs.

Image 3 : After 20 minutes take out the mug from the pan and let it cool completely. I've garnished with some sugar.

You can use any of your favorite toppings and serve it. It will be fluffy and taste good.
